J Thomas

Mr. J T Thomas of Bainbridge, formerly of Cairo, Georgia, passed away Friday, May 9, 2014, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Georgia. Mr. Thomas was 60 years old. A private family service will be held. J T Thomas was born June 12, 1953 in Louisville, Alabama to Allen Petty Thomas and Henrietta Dunn Thomas. He worked as an independent truck driver. Mr. Thomas was of the Baptist faith. J T was a person who never met a stranger. He truly enjoyed people. J T Thomas is survived by his brothers and sisters, Donald Thomas of Cairo, John A. Thomas and wife, Terri L. of Wellburn, Florida, Charles E. Thomas and wife, Jackie of Ochlocknee, Georgia, Myrlene Lewis and husband, Floyd of Cairo, and Mary Alice Bryant and husband, Ray of Dexter, Kansas; and step-sister, Jean Palmer of Cairo. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ronald Thomas; and sister, Carolyn "Wanda" Thomas.
