Jacob Randall Johns, age 22, passed away January 30, 2026. Services for Mr. Johns will be held Saturday, February 7, at 11:00 am, at the First Assembly of God Church, 495 12th Avenue NE, Cairo, Georgia. Pastor Travis Harrison will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Jacob Randall Johns was born June 17, 2003, in Cairo, Georgia. He attended Cairo High School. He had a heart as big as the moon! He loved his family deeply. Jacob had a great sense of humor and enjoyed being with his friends. It breaks our hearts to lose him and he will be deeply, deeply missed.
Jacob is survived by his parents, Benny Ray Johns, Jr. (Paula) and Renee Davette Montgomery Rathel; siblings, Allison Montgomery (Marcus George), Caleb Johns, Samantha Lawrence (Alen), Justin Rich, Matthew Rich (Veronica Collins), and Rebecca Davis (Tory Brown); brother-in-law, Dre Donaldson; 5 nieces and nephews; and girlfriend, Marisa Morey.
