Mr. Bond was born July 30, 1960 in Arcadia, FL. He was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 1978, and worked in construction. Survivors include his mother, Velma Maloy Greber of Dahlonega, GA; his brothers, Bruce Williams of Blairsville, GA and Gary Williams of Perry, FL; his sister, Teresa Williams of Dahlonega, GA; and several aunts, including locally, Judy Fuller and Jenelle Eaton, both of Climax, GA. He was preceded in death by his father, James Robert Bond.
