Mr. Harrell was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, August 19, 1959. His parents James Wallace Harrell and Elynor Joyce Fish Harrell have preceded him death. James proudly served in the United States Army and was a plumber by trade. He is survived by his 2 sons.
