James Johnson

Mr. James Johnson, age 61, passed away early Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at Bainbridge Healthcare Center in Bainbridge, Georgia. Services for Mr. Johnson will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox Funeral Home. The Rev. David Grubbs will officiate. The service will conclude at the chapel. Mr. Johnson will be interred in the Johnson Family Cemetery in Miller County. James Johnson was born November 15, 1954 in Miller County, Georgia, to Henry Johnson and Mannie Claude Cannon Johnson. James was a caring, dedicated brother and friend. He was supportive of and deeply loved his family. James Johnson will be sorely missed by his family and many friends. Mr. Johnson is survived by his brothers, Henry Oliver Johnson of lake Seminole, Georgia, Roy R. Johnson of Bainbridge, and Bill Monroe Johnson of Bainbridge. He has one sister, Lois Johnson Kelly of Lake Park, Georgia and numerous nieces and nephews.
