James Wester

James Jason Wester, 50, of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021. The funeral service was held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, Boynton Beach, FL. Graveside services and interment will be at Greenshade Cemetery on Saturday, February 27 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Lynn Hurley officiating. Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines. Memorial donations may be made to The Lighthouse Children's Home, 7771 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32309. Jason was born February 3, 1971 in Tallahassee, FL the son of James and Patsy Booth Wester. Survivors include his wife, Anakarina Wester; his daughter Maya Patricia Wester; his mother, Patsy Wester; Godparents, Ed and Mary Booth Smith and numerous cousins.  Jason was preceded in death by his father, James Wester; his grandparents Herbert& Ann Wester and Odessa Griffin Dollar and great aunt Margaret Griffin Anderson.
