A Memorial Service, will be held in the Chapel of St John's Medical Center, in Jackson, WY on Thursday, August 26, 2010. No flowers or contributions of any sort are necessary. Let your heart be your guide, but Sally would approve of donations to the Republican candidate to the office of the President of the United States of America, in 2012. Sally was born April 22, 1946 in Lakewood, OH, to Allen and Ruth Barber-Cooke, and was the loving wife of Allan. Sally, a graduate of Drake University, put her education to best use by caring for her husband and children. Her family, along with the pets in her life, birds, cats, fish, dogs, cows, horses, and turtles, would be hard pressed to have found a better person to look after and love them. Sally is survived by her husband of 40 years, Allan Holmes; her daughter, Jennifer Louise Holmes; her son, Joshua Allan Holmes and his wife Meredith Allison; her granddaughter, Melanie Morgan Holmes; her sister, Suzanne Loeffler and her husband Frank of Bainbridge, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
