Jason Powers

A memorial service for Mr. Jason Powers will be held Friday, July 8, 2011, 10:00 a.m., at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Powers was born in Hammond, Indiana. He has lived in Donalsonville, Georgia since 1991. He was self-employed and worked as a carpenter for most of his life. Mr. Powers is survived by his wife: Dominika Slezakova of Atlanta, Georgia; his mother, Ms. Delois Walker of Donalsonville, Ga.; three daughters, Brittany Hoskins of Colquitt, Ga., Charity Bowen of Valdosta, Ga., and Skylett Powers of Bainbridge, Ga.; one sister, Jennifer Hall(husband, Thomas Hall, Jr.); two grandchildren, Stormy Powers and Kayden Cook; and numerous other family members.
