Jennifer Davis

Jennifer Lynn Davis, age 50, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at her home in Bainbridge, Georgia. Services for Jennifer will be held at 2:00 pm, on Monday, April 21, 2025, in the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home. Pastor Brett Ellinburg will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 pm.

Jennifer Lynn Davis was born December 16, 1974, in Donalsonville, Georgia to Ronnie Earl Jackson and Eileen Marie Trawick Ulmer. Jennifer worked for many years as a waitress. She was such a “people person” and made lasting friendships with many of her customers. She worked for years in Donalsonville at the Gateway Restaurant and in Bainbridge at Yesterday’s Diner. For the past few years, she has been unable to work and was at home where she loved to visit with her friends and spend time with her grandchildren. She loved to go fishing and loved to cook. Jennifer will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

Jennifer Lynn Davis is survived by her parents, Ronnie Earl Jackson and Eileen Trawick Ulmer; children, Cara Ross of Donalsonville, Georgia, Amanda Ross of Jackson, Georgia, and half-sister, Donna Powell (Hunter) of Cairo, Georgia; brother, Ronnie (Robbie) Earl Jackson, Jr. (Hollie) of Douglas, Georgia; grandchildren, Jaxson Earp, Teagan Cochran, Gabriel Cochran, and Aeron Maxwell; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Jacob Mathis.
