Mrs. Jessie Lee "Sunshine" Lovett, 97, passed away Friday, January 12, 2007 at Memorial Manor Nursing Home in Bainbridge, GA. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2007 at Sparks Baptist Church in Sparks, GA with Rev. Dillard Ensley and Rev. Elbert Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Sparks Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2007 at Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home in Adel, GA. She lived most of her life in Cook County, GA and was a retired school teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rob Lovett. Survivors include two daughters, Polly L. Tyson and husband Charles of Bainbridge, GA, and Elaine L. Spencer and husband John of Windemere, FL; five grandchildren, Lisa Ross, Jim Sumner, Tom Sumner, Todd Tyson, and Leann Colon; and six great-grandchildren.
