John Eaton

Graveside Memorial Services for Mr. J.C. Eaton, age 72, of Donalsonville, GA will be held Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at Calvary Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Kimble officiating. Visitation will be held immediately following the service. Mr. Eaton was born in Wooster, OH, March 15, 1936 to the now late Frank and Helen Mangus Eaton. He had lived in Seminole County for the past ten years moving from Dunlap, TN. He was a self employed home construction contractor and a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church and loved to fish, work with wood, and his dog Muffin. Mr. Eaton passed away at his residence, Wednesday, July 23, 2008. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 323 Pine Ave., Albany, GA 31701. He is survived by three daughters, Becky Reed and Cindy Stout of Wooster, OH, and Josette Hamdan of Donalsonville, GA; one son, James Stevens of Dunlap, TN, one sister, Sue Poston of Wooster, OH, nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Sylvia Boykin Eaton, and one son, Johnny Eaton.
