John David Williams, 42, passed away on September 13, 2025, in Bainbridge, Georgia. Born on August 4, 1983, in Silver Spring, Maryland, John lived a life rooted in family, faith, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of the countryside. John was a devoted son to his mother, Myra Cowart Williams, and shared a close bond with his late father, George David Williams. He spent many years working alongside his father as an assistant brass technician in the family music store, as well as several additional years in retail, where he brought dedication and care to his interactions. John found joy in shooting sports, in trivia games and in playing the guitar. His love for music was matched by his affection for animals and the peaceful rhythms of rural life, and of time with his parents and pets.

Interment will be held in the Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Stephen Webb will officiate.
