Mr. J. E. Bellflower, 77, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022. A private graveside service will be scheduled. J. E. was born May 21, 1945 in Bainbridge, GA, the son of Archester Bellflower and Flonita Erpelding. He was a graduate of Climax High School.
