Joshua Owens

Mr. Joshua Lee Owens, age 33, passed away August 18, 2016, in Bainbridge, Georgia. A memorial service will be held in his honor at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at Calvary Assembly of God Church. Pastor Bill Cotterill will be officiating. Joshua Lee Owens was born May 1, 1983 in Tampa, Florida. His parents were Timothy Wayne Owens and Sarita Ann Owens McLin. Josh was married to Chasity Burris Owens. He worked as an air conditioning technicion. Mr. Owens was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church. He loved to fish. Josh had a wonderful sense of humor. He was a good daddy and great husband. A free spirit, with a big heart, he was loved by everyone. Joshua Owens is survived by his wife, Chasity Owens; his mother and step-father, Sarita and David McLin; children, Paige LeeAnn Owens, Aiden Owens, and Evan Owens; step-children, Mylesha Johnson, William Johnson, Jr., and Kaitlyn Lyons; brothers and sisters, Timothy Wayne Owens, Jr., Joseph Daniel Owens, Dylan Marshall Brown, Tiffany Brown, Samantha McLin, and Miranda McLin; grandchildren, Highlie Marie Lyons and Addison Johnson; grandparents, Wilbur and Margie Owens, and Barbara Davis; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mark and Deborah Johnson; numerous aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins. His father preceded him in death.
