Joyce Godwin, 62, of Attapulgus, GA, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Grubbs officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Cemetery, Quincy, FL with Brian Pullam, Allen Pullam, Bruce Pullam, Jimmy White, Thomas Wilson and Sean Hicks serving as active pallbearers. Mrs. Godwin was born August 26, 1951 in Sneads, FL, the daughter of Edgar and Mildred Helms Weeks. She was a member of Attapulgus Church Of God. Her children and her grandchildren were the center of her universe. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Al Godwin of Attapulgus, GA; her daughters, Cindy G. Logue and her husband, Chris, of Bainbridge, GA and Amanda G. Snow and her husband, David, of Attapulgus, GA; her siblings, Pat Wilson and her husband, Tommy, of Lake Talquin, FL, Syble Pullam and her husband, Billy, of Havana, FL, Linda White and her husband, Jimmy, of Panama City, FL, and Jan Perrine and her husband, Mike, of Perry, FL; her grandchildren, Cody Logue and his wife, Jessi, Hunter Logue, Myranda Snow, Averie Snow as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, Jeffery Lance Godwin.
