Karen Barfield

Karen Diane Barfield-Cook, age 53, passed away at her home in Bainbridge, Georgia, Wednesday, November 28, 2018. The family will be holding a private service in her honor. Karen Diane Barfield-Cook was born April 25, 1965 in Clearwater, Florida, to Johnny Lee Purvis and Julia Ann Peak Cooper. Both of her parents have preceded her in death. Karen worked as a nursing assistant. Karen is survived by the love of her life, Charlie Cook; her children, Patricia Purvis, Priscilla Sellers (Steve), Stephanie Barfield (William Rosario), and Aiden Cook; sisters, Debbie McDow and Rebecca Terry; brother, Bradley Purvis. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Johnny Lee Purvis, Jr.
