Kaye Harrell

Kaye Harrell, 48, of Brinson, GA, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012 at her residence. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. DeWitt Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Ivey Funeral Home, prior to the funeral service. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com . Kaye was born November 26, 1964 in Quincy, FL, the daughter of Larry Randolph Harrell and Betty Carroll Miller Harrell. She was a bus driver with the Decatur County School System, worked with the Kid's Center at the Y.M.C.A., and was a hostess at the Pond House Restaurant. Survivors include her daughter, Brooke Conner Boyett and her husband, Adam, of Bainbridge, GA; her sister, Tina Adams and her husband, Bryan, of Bainbridge, GA; her step-sons, Jackie Vickers, Jr. of Crawfordville, FL, Jason Vickers of Valdosta, GA, and Taylor Vickers of Valdosta, GA; her grandchildren, Karmyn Alday and Conner Boyett, both of Bainbridge, GA; her nephew, Ryan Adams; her nieces, Jessica Peed and her husband, Gary, Lauren Adams, and Ashley Adams; and her great-niece, Collins Leigh Peed. Kaye was preceded in death by her step-son, Justin "Bubba" Vickers.
