Kristopher James Diaz, Jr., infant son of Kristopher James Diaz and Piedad Refugio Alvarez, of Quincy, FL, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. The memorial mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 5, 2009 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com . In addition to his parents, survivors include his maternal grandparents, Maria and Zeferino Veliz of Quincy, FL; his paternal grandparents, Tammy and Refugio Diaz of Bainbridge, GA; his uncle, Juan D. Veliz; and five aunts, Michelle Veliz, Sofia Veliz, Yuliana V. Veliz, Carla N. Diaz and Nancy S. Flores and her husband Jonathan.
