L. Dewayne Logue, 66, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Salem Baptist Church with Stan Mobley and Rev. John Russell officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery with his sons and grandchildren serving as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be his first cousins, Chris Logue, John Logue, Terry Logue, Buddy Logue, James Edward McDowell, and Roger Edmunds. Mr. Logue was born September 18, 1947 in Cairo, GA the son of Hershel Albert Logue and Alice Myree Griner. He was a farmer and a diesel mechanic and member and deacon of Salem Baptist Church (Open Pond). Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Judy Logue of Bainbridge, GA; his sons, Lawrence Logue, Jr. of Bainbridge, GA, Rodney Logue and his wife, Amy, of Climax, GA, and Donald Logue of Bainbridge, GA; his siblings, Peggy Davis and her husband, Curtis, of Newnan, GA, Dennis Logue and his wife, Debbie, of Climax, GA, Talbert Logue and his wife, Kathi, of Thomson, GA, and Randall Logue and his wife, Faye, of Climax, GA; and his 12 grandchildren.
