Leon Toole, 78, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012 at his residence. The graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Oak City Cemetery with Rev. Roy Matthews officiating. Mr. Toole was born July 17, 1933 in Memphis, TN, the son of Otis Lamar Toole and Bernice Louise Giudry. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and was retired as an airplane electrician from Fort Rucker. Survivors include his wife, Corinne Toole of Bainbridge, GA. Mr. Toole was preceded in death by his first wife, Paula Powell.
