Linda Conner

Linda Preston Conner, age 69, of Bainbridge, Georgia passed away on November 10, 2024 at home. A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
Linda Preston was born to her parents, Wallace Edgar Preston and Millie Neil Johnson Preston on June 2, 1955 in Blakely, Georgia. Linda was reared by her step-mother, Joyce Preston, who preceded her in death. Linda married Roy Conner, who also preceded her in death.
Linda was always the life of the party wherever she went. Dancing and music were two of her passions. Linda loved the Lord and her family. These were her priorities in her life. A lady with a green thumb, Linda enjoyed her working in her yard and her flowers.
Linda Preston Conner is survived by her daughter, Regina Douglas, of Arlington, Georgia. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brittany Glover (Brandon) of Albany, Georgia, Aaron Johnson (Jassidy) and Chance Johnson (Jada) both of Cuthbert, Georgia as well as three great-grandchildren. One of eight children, Linda is survived by her siblings, Patricia Aday of Blakely, Nancy Craft and Wanda Garney (Kenneth) both of Colquitt, Connie Glass of Bainbridge, Wallace Preston, Jr. and Steven Preston (Cindy) both of Arlington.
Linda was predeceased by her husband, Roy Connor, her parents, Wallace Edgar Preston and Millie Neil Johnson Preston, her step-mother, Joyce Preston, and her sister, Brenda Preston.
