Mrs. Linda B. Cutts, age 81, passed away December 15, 2019 at her daughter\\'s home in Bainbridge, Georgia. Mrs. Cutts will have a service in Chattanooga Valley, Georgia. Linda B. Cutts is survived by her children, David Cutts of Panama City, Florida, Sandy DeShields of Bainbridge, Georgia, and Cathy Cutts of Panama City. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Lowrence of Chattanooga, Tennessee, 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
