Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Lee Edwards Nalls, age 58 of Havana, FL, will be Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Southwest Baptist Church with Rev. Doyle Bell, Dr. Mike Ramage and Rev. Donnie Holley officiating. Interment will follow at Oak City Cemetery with Buddy Davis, Moe Clements, Joe Roberts, Larry Marquez, Larry Harrell, Don Daniels, Rusty Jenkins and David Hall serving as active pallbearers. The men of Southwest Baptist Church will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2008 from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Cox -Ware Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to Southwest Baptist Church, P.O. Box 7193 Bainbridge, GA 39818. Mrs. Nalls was born August 17, 1949 in Jacksonville, FL. She married Dr. Jim Nalls December 20, 1969 and they traveled in the ministry serving many churches. She was a member of Southwest Baptist Church, dedicated to her children, a prolific server of her Lord through the church and a noted and accomplished Elementary Teacher. She taught at Stewart Street Elementary School in Quincy, Riverside Christian Academy and Memorial Christian School in LA. She is survived by her husband of thirty nine years Dr. Jim Nalls of Havana, FL; one daughter Amanda (husband Scott) Taylor of Clinton, MS; two sons David (wife Melissa) Nalls of Birmingham, AL and Justin (wife Cassie) Nalls of Durham, NC; mother-in-law Dr. Thelma Nalls of Bainbridge, GA and several aunts and cousins. Mrs. Nalls is preceded in death by her dad and mother the late Leslie and Lee Spears Robinson and her father Henry Edwards.
