Lois Blanton, 82, of Climax, GA, formerly of Perry, FL, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017.Funeral services will be 11:00AM, Friday, July 7, 2017 at Beggs Funeral Home in Perry, Florida.  Visitation will be Thursday from 6 - 8 PM at Beggs Perry Chapel.  Interment will be at Fellowship Cemetery in Shady Grove, Florida.She was born in Madison, Florida to Milton and Cynthia Rowell.  She moved to Climax, Georgia in 1995 from Perry, Florida.  She loved her family and her home.  She was a member of Shady Grove Primitive Baptist Church.She is survived by one son, Wayne Blanton (Patricia), of Climax, Georgia; two daughters, June Whiddon of Climax, Georgia and Janice Ross (Nelson) of Perry, Florida, one sister, Joyce Newsome of Panama City, Florida; eight grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
