Louise Oates Harrison, 85, of Climax, GA, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Thad Marshall and Pastor Steve Poppell officiating. Interment will follow at Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Randall Jones, Jerry Jones, Tommy Marshall, Kevin Harrison, Guy Crawford, and Tom Johnson serving as active pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., prior to the funeral service, on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church. Mrs. Harrison was born June 20, 1926 in Cairo, GA, the daughter of Thomas Little Oates and Eva Mae Connell Oates. She was a graduate of Cairo High School, worked as a sales clerk for Reeves Juvenile Shop for over 18 years, and was a member of Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Pat Wynn and her husband, Maurice, of Climax, GA; and her grandchildren Christopher M. and Dana Wynn and their two children, Miranda and Marissa, and Bryan M. and Jessica Wynn and their child, Tynlee. Mrs. Harrison was preceded in death by her husband, Angus M. Harrison and her great-grandson, Chase Wynn.
