Louveil Mulford

Mrs. Louveil Salter Mulford, 101, of Fairmont, WV, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2008 in Fairmont. The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 22, 2008 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack House officiating. A private graveside service will be at Attapulgus Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 21, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Ivey Funeral Home. Mrs. Mulford was born October 28, 1906 in Decatur County, GA, the daughter of Norman Spencer Salter and Mary Alma Dollar Salter. She was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker. Mrs. Mulford was preceded in death by husband of 60 years, Walter Weldon Mulford; and a son, Howard Weldon Mulford. Survivors include her son, Charles Walter Mulford of Bradenton, FL; her daughter, Margie Mulford Scolpini of Green Valley, AZ; her sister, Jessie Mae Salter Kamp of Fairmont, WV; 6 grandchildren, P. Vin Faris, Laura Hatfield, Howard Mulford, Jr., Michelle Harmatys, Charles Mulford, and Randy Mulford; 13 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
