Marianna Rebecca Dollar, 38, of Darien, GA formerly of Bainbridge, GA and Ft. Worth, TX, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2020. Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, a private funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eric McClellan and Pastor Ashton Ham officiating. Marianna Rebecca Dollar was born February 17, 1982 in Bainbridge, GA, the daughter of Edmund and Rebecca Dorminy Dollar. She was a graduate of Bainbridge High School and Southeastern College of Lakeland, FL with a bachelor's degree in Social Work. She was a social worker and parole officer with Texas State Government. Marianna was a devout Christian and faithful member of Mercy Seat Missions. Marianna was all about Jesus. She worked daily to be His hands and feet to those she encountered. Family was the foundation she built upon. Sharing the unconditional love she received at home with her friends and family was simply a way of life for Marianna. She enjoyed visiting with relatives at family reunions, all types of music, and binge watching NetFlix. Survivors include her mother, Rebecca D. Dollar of Darien, Ga; her brother, Michael Edmund Dollar of Bainbridge, GA; and her furry friend, Gracie. Marianna was preceded in death by her father, Harvey Edmund Dollar.
