Mattie Pauline Gunn, 90, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Memorial Manor Nursing Home. The graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Oak City Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Long officiating. Mrs. Gunn was born August 13, 1924, the daughter of John Thomas Moody and Joanna Holloman Moody. She was a member of Morningside Baptist Church and loved her family. Survivors include her children, Gary Benjamin Gunn and his wife, Dovi, of Dallas, TX, Gina Ward and her husband, Cleve, of Climax, GA, Sissy Mouer and her husband, Jim, of Las Vegas, NV and Grace Anderson and her husband, Joe, of Bainbridge, GA and; her ten grandchildren; her eleven great-grandchildren; and her two great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Elton Benjamin Gunn; a daughter, Gail Marie Mercer; her two sisters; and her brother.
