Michael Roger Ezell

Mr. Michael Roger Ezell, age 53, passed away in the early morning hours of Sunday, January 18, 2026. He was surrounded by his loving family. Services for Michael will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 2:00 pm., at New Fountainhead Church, 179 Old Pelham Road, Bainbridge, Georgia 39817. Bro. Craig Foister will officiate. Steven Henshaw, Roy Gibson, Lacey Hurley, Daniel Wayne Ezell, Ryan Austin, and Dustin Weeks will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Oak City Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, beginning at 1:00 pm.

Michael Roger Ezell was born April 6, 1972, in Donalsonville, Georgia to Roger Ezell and Leola Rhoda Hurley Ezell. Michael grew up in Bainbridge, Georgia and graduated from Bainbridge High School. He was so kind, sweet natured, and full of love. He loved music, especially Willie Nelson and Gospel. To know him was to love him. Michael will be dearly missed.

Michael is survived by his fathers, Roger and Lynn Ezell and mother, Leola and Duke Lynch; his siblings, Daniel Ezell and Charity Ezell; and his aunt, Carolyn Bell. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, H.L. and Virginia Ezell and Leroy and Shirley Hurley.
