Nathaniel Virlyn "Brad" BradfordJune 8, 1933 - October 24, 2023 Nathaniel Virlyn Bradford, age 90, of Bainbridge, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Brad was born June 8, 1933 in Lincolnton, Georgia the son of Nathaniel McKinley Bradford and Myrtle Ann Butler Bradford. He graduated from Richmond Academy with the class of 1950. Brad received his Bachelor's degree from Georgia Tech in textile engineering. Brad worked at Amoco Fabrics for 31 years. He was also known for his membership in the VFW. He was a member of Grace Church. He served in the United States Army for 2 years during the Korean War. Brad loved golfing, the beach, and Georgia Tech. He enjoyed spending time with his two grandsons. Survivors include his wife, Janice Ann Bradford; daughter, Melissa Parker (Jay) of Bainbridge, GA; grandsons, Ross Parker (Morgan Dance) and Chase Parker of Bainbridge, GA; and other extended family.  Brad was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Russell T. Bradford, Warren Willis Bradford, and Adrian Leroy Bradford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's Ministry of Grace Church, 1300 Lake Douglas Road, Bainbridge, GA 39819.
