Mrs. Olie Bishop Brinson, 85, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Friday, June 8, 2012 at her residence. The graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Roselawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Jack Piland officiating. Mrs. Brinson was born February 25, 1927 in Aucilla, FL, the daughter of Elmo Bishop and Lura Miller Bishop. She was a graduate of Aucilla High School and was a clerk at Superior Cleaners for many years. She was a member of New Fountainhead Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 67 years, C. J. Brinson, Jr. of Bainbridge, GA; her sons, David Brinson and his wife, Judy and Jack Brinson and his wife, Gena, all of Bainbridge, GA; her daughter, Gloria Brinson Hubbard and her husband, Albert, of Bluffton, GA; her sister, Audrey Hyde of Calvary, GA; her seven grandchildren, and her eleven great-grandchildren.
