Oscar Franklin "Frank" HarrellOctober 19, 1955 - June 30, 2023 Oscar Franklin Harrell, age 67, of Whigham, Georgia, passed away Friday, June 30, 2023. Frank was born October 19, 1955 in Cairo, Georgia  the son of Carson Wilmon Harrell and Lela Beulah Harrell. He attended Paxton Senior High in Jacksonville, FL. Frank worked in a variety of fields including, Farrens Tree Surgeons, Hall's Cabinet Shop, Bonds in Whigham, and Advantage Steel. He loved to play drums and sing at church. He attended Our Father's House in Cairo, GA. Frank loved to do woodworking and riding his motorcycle "White Lightening." Survivors include his wife, Annie DeNeese Harrell; son, Oscar F. Harrell, Jr.; granddaughter, Mackenzie Lynn Trim (Matthew) and Aaylana Bratcher; great granddaughter, Georgia Rose; siblings, Mary Grantham and Jackie Harrell; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Frank  was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Edgar Harrell, Terry Harrell, and Junior Harrell; and sister, Brenda Brinson. The Harrell family has entrusted the arrangements to Ivey Funeral Home, 502 S. Scott Street, Bainbridge, GA 39819.
