Otis Mcveigh

Otis L. McVeigh, 66, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Bainbridge Health Care. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at West Bainbridge Baptist Church with Rev. Danny VunCannon officiating, and will conclude at the church. Interment will be at Roselawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from immediately following the service at the church. Mr. McVeigh was born June 8, 1946 in Andalusia, AL, the son of Leslie McVeigh and Ollie Mae Peavy McVeigh. He was a graduate of Andalusia High School and was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War. Mr. McVeigh was a truck driver and member of West Bainbridge Baptist Church. Survivors include his daughters, Amber Hower of Gurnee, IL and Brittney McVeigh of Bainbridge, GA; his brothers, James McVeigh of Wayland MO, Ronnie McVeigh of Hamilton, IL, and Larry McVeigh of Hamilton, IL; his sister, Delaine Worrell of Baxley, GA; and his grandchildren, Brian McVeigh, Micheala McVeigh, and Brandon Hower
