Patricia Jones

Patricia Ann Jones passed away Monday, December 23, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at her home in Bainbridge, Georgia. Services for Patricia will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 27, at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Patricia Ann Jones was born February 21, 1948 in Georgetown, Georgia to William Earl Hawkins and Eula Bell Hawkins.
In her young adult life, she was a homemaker and then she worked for many years in the kitchen at Memorial Hospital and Manor.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and all her siblings. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Lynn Sawyer (Lloyd) of Albany, Georgia, Melissa West (Dan) of Brinson, Georgia, and Jennifer Holcomb (Ronald) of Iron City, Georgia; grandchildren, Walter Payne, Jr., Tabitha Payne Miller (Cole), Keri Dollar (Chad), Karoline Harris (Beau), Coleman Holcomb (Amber), and Abel Holcomb; great grandchildren, Paisley Dollar, Isabelle Dollar, Aiden Harris, Tillary Miller, and Irena Holcomb; many nieces and nephews; and special caregiver and adopted granddaughter, Amelia Jenson and great-granddaughter, Lacey Jenson.
