Memorial services for Mr. Phineas Wellington Graham, Sr. will be held Sunday, July 20, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. at Wingate's Lunker Lodge Bass Island on Lake Seminole. Mr. Graham was born in New York the son of William and Sara Green Graham. He moved to Decatur County from New York about 20 years ago. Mr. Graham loved to fish and was a tournament fisherman. He holds the state record in New York for the largest brook trout caught. Also in New York, he was a volunteer fire fighter and a Boy Scout Leader. Mr. Graham was a member of Grace Baptist Church at Lake Seminole and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He is survived by his wife Annie Imogene Bonner Graham of Lake Seminole; four sons Phineas Wellington Graham, JR of Staten Island, NJ, Bruce William Fredrick Graham of Tallahassee, FL, Rodney Gary Graham and Dustin Royce Graham both of Wurtsboro, NY; five brothers Charlie Graham of CA, Al Graham of MI, Warren Graham of Grahamsville, NY, Wardell Graham of TX and Danny Graham of Neversink, NY; eleven grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents.
