Mrs. Reva Rowland McFaden, 84, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2007 at her daughter's residence in Cantonment, FL. The graveside funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2007 at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Bainbridge, GA with Elder Max Childs officiating. Mrs. McFaden was born March 9, 1922 in Truetlen County, GA, the daughter of Nathan Rowland and Sydney Hutcheson Rowland. During World War II, she was a first class welder at Southeastern Shipyard. She was a homemaker and a member of Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. P. McFaden and her son, William P. "Bill" McFaden, Jr. Survivors include two daughters, Mary McFaden of Crawfordville, FL and Gayle Kidd of Pensacola, FL; and her grandson, Dallas Burke and wife Celeste of Bainbridge, GA.
