Robena Hannah

Graveside service for Robena McCurdy Hannah, 95, of Piedmont will be Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. (CST) at Carmel Cemetery with Dr. Lewis Conaway officiating. Mrs. Hannah passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Bainbridge Health and Rehab Center in Bainbridge, Georgia. Survivors include three children, Patricia Donahue Livingston (Robert) of Bainbridge, Ga., William David Minton, and Michael Alan Minton (Sherry) of Loganville, Ga.; six grandchildren, Kristian Livingston (Nancy), Kathryn Livingston, Anna Livingston, Brittany Minton Lester (Joseph), Joshua Minton (Sara), and Danna Minton; and five great grandchildren, Madyson Walsh, Brandon Xiong, Patrick Lester, Declan Lester, and Violet Minton. Mrs. Hannah was a native of Piedmont and a current resident of Bainbridge, Georgia. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Piedmont and the owner and operator of a daycare center in Decatur, Ga. Mrs. Hannah was preceded in death by her husband, L.C. Hannah; grandson, Matthew Livingston; parents, George and Frances McCurdy; and eight brothers and sisters. Flowers may be sent or memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice. Thompson Funeral Home of Piedmont, AL is assisting the family with arrangements.
