Robert Ard

Robert Dwayne Ard, 44, of Temecula, CA, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 20, 2016, while on vacation in Seminole County, GA. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com . Robert was born in Redlands, CA, the son of James Wayne Ard and Martha Lane Ard. He was reared in San Bernardino, CA, and later retired from the US Navy where he served in many foreign areas, including Italy, Spain, Japan, and Hawaii. Always helping others, he was taking psychology classes to help other veterans with problems associated with active duty. Words cannot describe his devotion to friends and family, especially his wife and children. Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Melissa Brown Ard; his beloved children, Isabella Faith and Maxwell James Ard; his parents; his siblings, James Lane Ard and Janice Ard of San Bernardino; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jim and Naomi Brown of Red Feather Lake, CO; his brother-in-law, Ben Brown, and his family; and numerous friends and extended family members.
