Robert Pfeffer

Mr. Robert Eugene Pfeffer, age 59, passed away early Monday, June 6, 2016, at Pinewood Nursing Center in Whigham, Georgia. Service for Mr. Pfeffer will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2016, graveside at Mt. Gilead Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, 2932 Spring Creek Road, Brinson, Georgia. The Rev. James Scarborough will be officiating. Robert Pfeffer was born January 17, 1957 in Olean, New York, to Harold Martin Pfeffer and Faye Bryant Pfeffer Britt. Although he became disabled at an early age, he loved to tinker with electrical appliances and trucks. Robert was a fix-it-all sort of guy. He enjoyed watching television. Robert was of the Baptist faith and loved to go to church. Robert Pfeffer will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. Mr. Pfeffer is survived by his mother, Faye Bryant Britt of Brinson, Georgia; son, Jeremy Pfeffer of Burlington, North Carolina; brother, David Pfeffer and wife, Gwen of High Point, North Carolina; sister, Margaret Tillery of Brinson, Georgia; step-sisters, Alice Robinson of Graham, North Carolina, Shirley Hall of Madison, North Carolina, and Mary Pfeffer of Cocoa, Florida; grandchildren, Darren and Aubrey and Luke Pfeffer; aunts, Janille Loughlin of Randerman, North Carolina, Connie Casteel of Moultrie, Georgia, and Lorene Epps of Hahira, Georgia; and uncle, Johnny Bryant of Moultrie. He was preceded in death by his father. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Robert\\'s name to Cox Funeral Home.
