Mr. Robert Clayton Sizemore, Jr., age 71, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026, surrounded by his loving family in Bainbridge, Georgia. Services for Mr. Sizemore will be held Saturday, April 18, 2:00 pm, in Blackjack Baptist Church, 2747 Old Whigham Road, Bainbridge, Georgia. The Rev. Tim Dean will officiate. The interment will follow in Blackjack Cemetery with Kyle Roberts, Todd Murkerson, Bobby Munford, Tyler Sizemore, Bentley Sizemore and Paul Wright serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends before the service, beginning at 1:00 pm.
Robert Clayton Sizemore, Jr. was born March 17, 1955, to Robert Clayton Sizemore, Sr. and Mittie Hazel Dollar Sizemore, in Bainbridge, Georgia. He grew up and attended school in Bainbridge, playing football for the Bearcats. He married the love of his life, Debbie Marie Munford Sizemore. He and Debbie have been married for 47 years. Robert was a great handyman and repairer of small engines. He enjoyed tinkering with engines and mowing his yard. He retired from BP Amoco where he worked as a mechanic. After his retirement he started a business repairing lawn mowers. Mr. Sizemore was a football fan enjoying college and professional games. He was an avid NASCAR fan. He was a member of Blackjack Baptist Church. Robert Sizemore was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, who will be deeply missed
Mr. Sizemore is survived by his wife Debbie Marie Munford Sizemore of Bainbridge; children, Kimberly Sizemore (Todd Murkerson) of Lake Seminole, Georgia, Jason Sizemore and Keith Sizemore of Bainbridge; grandchildren, Tyler Sizemore, Bentley Sizemore, Mason Sizemore, Laci Sizemore, and Hazel Sizemore; and great-grandchild, River Jean Sizemore. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Patricia Ann Miller.
