Roger Kelley

Roger L. Kelley, 68, of Grady County, GA, passed away Monday, June 1, 2015 at his residence. The graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Kelley Cemetery in Miller County, GA. with Rev. Jimmy Hayes officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Ivey Funeral Home. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com . Mr. Kelley was born October 28, 1946 in Bainbridge, GA, the son of James Edward Kelley and Evelyn H. Kelley. He graduated from Bainbridge High School and was a farmer. Roger loved to cut firewood and fishing. Mr. Kelley was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Faye L. Kelley of Cairo, GA; his children, Ladon Kelley of Virginia, Curtis Kelley of Brunswick, GA and Donna Mitchell of St. Marys, GA; his sister, Gail K. Pickle and her husband, Royce, of Colquitt, GA; and several grandchildren. Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by his parents.
