Ronda Bergeron

We regret to announce the passing of Ronda Evelyn Bergeron, age 70, of Manassas Park, Virginia. Ronda passed away June 5, 2025, in Manassas, Virginia. Funeral services for Ronda will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025, 11:00 am, in the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home. The Rev. James Scarborough will officiate. Interment will follow in Cool Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends before the service, beginning at 10:00 am.

Ronda was born January 16, 1955, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to Clifford Richard Bergeron and Mildred Lucille Killgore Florence. In 1968 the family moved from Orlando, Florida to Bainbridge, Georgia and Ronda made it her home. She attended Bainbridge High School and Bainbridge Jr. College. The second proudest accomplishment for Ronda was graduating with a degree in Marketing and Management. Her greatest accomplishment was the birth of her dear daughter, and only child, April. Ronda loved to crochet and loved to go to the beach. She deeply loved the Lord and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bainbridge. She worked in the Decatur County School System as a paraprofessional and later presented enrichment programs in local nursing homes and the Decatur County Senior Center. In 2013 Ronda moved to Manassas, Virginia to be close to April and her husband, Matt. Although she will be deeply missed, we know she is enjoying her Heavenly home.

Ronda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, April and Matthew Sinclair; her siblings, Rita Totman of Orlando, Florida, Regina Adams of Faceville, Georgia, and Richard Bergeron of Faceville; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Russell Woods and Robin Stevens.
