Mr. Roy Raymond Wilson, age 91, of Boston, Georgia, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024, in Thomasville, Georgia. Born October 16, 1933 in Coolidge, GA, he was the son of the late Roy and Janie Ruth Mallard Wilson.
Roy is survived by his son, Tim Wilson (Belyn); grandchildren, Jeremy Wilson (Jennifer), Jessica Edwards, Tyler Wilson (Elli), and Marcus Wilson; great-grandchildren, Blake Yates, Ashton Myers, and Charli Edwards, nephew, Tony Wilson (Stephanie), and great niece, Jennifer (Alan). He was preceded in death by his wife, Hedy Wilson; his first wife, Wanda Wilson; brother, Wayne I Wilson and sister, Mary Pyles.
Roy found great pleasure in serving as bus driver for Brookwood Academy for many years. He enjoyed photography, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
No services will be held at the request of Mr. Wilson.
