Mrs. Sandra JoAnn Brown Bell, 65, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2007 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, FL. The graveside funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at Tallahassee Memory Gardens in Tallahassee, FL with Rev. Greg Kennett officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at Abbey-Riposta Funeral Home in Tallahassee, FL. Mrs. Bell was born July 26, 1941 in Decatur County, GA, the daughter of Foy Brown and Emily Estelle Adkins Brown. She graduated from Attapulgus High School in 1960 and was an accountant. She was a member of Santa Clara Baptist Church in Quincy, FL. Survivors include her husband, John H. "Jack' Bell, Sr. of Havana, FL; three sons, John H. Bell, Jr. of Havana, FL, James H. Bell of Havana, FL, and Jason H. Bell of Fountain, FL; three brothers, Eddie Larry Brown of Leesburg, GA, Foy Glenn Brown of Albany, GA, and Tony Brown of Leesburg, GA; a sister, Emily Frances Johnson of Panama City, FL; nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
