Sarah Frances Davis, age 74, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2014. Sarah Frances Davis was born March 25, 1940 to Jessie Aspen Wingate and Winnie Mae Glover Wingate. She moved to the Bainbridge area around 40 years ago from Clearwater, Florida. Sarah Frances was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Davis loved to cook. She enjoyed fishing and looking for arrowheads. She liked being outdoors and gardening. Her grandchildren called her, "Big Chief" . She dearly loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Sarah Frances Davis is survived by her children, Debra Eidson of Bainbridge, Natasha McMillian and husband, Chad of Bainbridge, Sven Peterson and wife, Deanna of Bainbridge; step-children, Joe Davis, Jr. and wife, Sonny of Florida, Daphne Davis of Colquitt, Georgia, Angel Davis of Leesburg, Georgia, and Michael Paul Davis and wife, Natasha of Colquitt; sisters and brothers, Nancy Grady Bachelor, Ruby Eidson, Judy Faye Grant, Violet Morrison and husband, Johnny, and Gladys Elizabeth Peterson; grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, Jonathan Rentz, Amanda Richardson and husband, Andy, Brandy Dingler and husband, Chris, Josh Eidson, Jarrett Shiver, Justin Shiver, Matthew Bruner, Brittany Hoskins, Hannah Jones, Brandon Jones, Latricia Peterson, Konner Peterson, Osley Davis, Joe Tabb Davis, Jr., Nick Bruner, Christian Bruner, Alex Sawyer, Kaylin Richardson, Andy Richards, Jr., Dustin Dingler, Myakate Jones, Kayden Cook, and Makayla Eidson; companion, Randall Renfroe; and former husband, Joe Davis, Sr. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her children, Alvin Troy Barrow, Sherry Marie Barrow, and Sharon Marie Brock; brother, Edison Wingate; sister, Janie Mae Hurley.
