Sarah Margaret Cloud Jackson, 79, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away Friday, April 30, 2010 at her residence. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ernest Dupree and Rev. Newton Cloud officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery with Steve Casey, Adam Jones, Shauwn Chambless, Jimmy Henderson, Mike Nix and Marty Pollock serving as active pallbearers. Mrs, Jackson was born June 25, 1930 in Bainbridge, GA, the daughter of Noah Solomon Cloud and Florrie Alma King Cloud. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her husband, James William Jackson. Survivors include her two sons, Jimmy Jackson and wife Amy of Donalsonville, GA and Randy Jackson and wife Angela of Baconton, GA; her two daughters, Sherry Awbrey of Culleoka, TN and Debra Pollock and husband William of Austin, TX; her brother, Bobby Ray Cloud of Bainbridge, GA; her two sisters, Myrtice Valentine and Vinnie Wimberly, both of Bainbridge, GA; and eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
