Scott Campbell Reeves, 52, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2009 in Lake Butler, FL. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stephen L. Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Cemetery. Scott was born August 20, 1956 in Bainbridge, GA, the son of Thomas Walter Reeves, Jr. and Frances Campbell Reeves. He was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 1974, a salesman for Reeves On The Square, and a member of First United Methodist Church. Scott always loved dogs and often brought stray dogs home to care for them. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bainbridge-Decatur County Humane Society, P.O. Box 429, Bainbridge, GA 39818. Survivors include his mother, Frances Campbell Reeves of Bainbridge, GA; his brother, Tom Reeves and his wife Gloria of Bainbridge, GA; and his sister, Nancy R. Childers and her husband Chet of Dacula, GA.
