Teresa Hughes

Memorial services for Teresa Ann Hughes will be held Saturday October 2, 2010 at 10:30 AM at Black Jack Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Long officiating. Teresa Ann Hughes was born in Bainbridge, GA on February 15, 1965 to Betty J. Elkins Hughes and the now late Joseph Hughes. She was raised in Bainbridge, GA. Teresa moved to Miller County after living most of her adult life in Huntsville, AL. She worked as a floor supervisor at Marriott Hotels Seasons Restaurant. She loved to cook for people and loved her animals. She passed away Monday, August 9, 2010 at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany, Ga. She is survived by her mother, Betty J. Elkins Hughes of Bainbridge; two sisters, Betty Jo Howell of Bainbridge and Cindy Putnal of Lagrange, GA; one brother Robert Bobby Hughes of Bainbridge; and a host of nieces and nephews. Teresa A. Hughes was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Hughes and her sister Brenda Gail Kelly. Cox-Ware Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements
