Thelma Muggridge

Funeral services for Mrs. Thelma Lee Halstead Muggridge, age 87, of Bainbridge, will be held Friday August 6, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Fellowship Baptist Church with Bro. Stanley Phillips and Rev. Steve Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday August 5, 2010 at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Mrs Muggridge was born May 17, 1923 in Cottonwood, AL to the now late Joseph B. and Ollie Brookins Halstead. She was married to Harry K. Muggridge in Grady Co., GA. on December 4, 1940. She was a homemaker and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She lived in Decatur County for the past nineteen years after moving from Seminole County. Mrs. Muggridge passed away Saturday July 31, 2010 at Bainbridge Healthcare. She is survived by three daughters, Margaret L. (husband William E.) Barrett of Bainbridge, GA., Patricia (husband Bob) Scobie of Santa Clarita, CL., and Joyce Gaylene (husband Gaines) Smith of St. Augustine, FL., four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
