Theodore Wurl

Mr. Theodore Fredrick Wurl, age 89, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022, at his home in Bainbridge, Georgia. Theodore Fredrick Wurl was born July 17, 1933, in Ft. Morgan, Colorado. His parents, Theodore Fredrick Wurl and Alma Hill Wurl, have preceded him in death. Ted married the love of his life, Marlene Ann Church Wurl. He and Marlene shared life together for nearly 65 years. He worked for many years at the Public Service Company of Colorado, retiring from there as Supervisor of Operations for the Northeastern Division. During the Korean War he proudly served in the U.S. Army. Ted was an avid fisherman and a wonderful husband and father. He will be deeply missed by the family he loved so much. Surviving Theodore Wurl is his loving wife, Marlene Wurl of Bainbridge; his sons, Scott Wurl (Lori) of Bahama, North Carolina and Steven Wurl of Everett, Washington; sister, Joyce Gray of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and grandsons, Chase Wurl and Evan Wurl.
